Simple and elegant

We're having friends over for a wine & cheese night, and I made an easy dessert that's actually probably healthy for you!

DARK CHOCOLATE BARK WITH GINGER & BERRIES
2 c. Dark Belgian Chocolate
1/2 c. Crystallized Ginger, diced
1 c. Cherries & Berries

(you could use nuts too if you want, and all the measurements are merely suggestions)

Melt chocolate over double boiler. Stir in half the ginger and berries. Pour onto parchment-lined baking sheet and spread out. Sprinkle with remaining ginger and berries. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cracking into pieces.
