Teriyaki Meatcake

I don't own a loaf pan, so my meatloaf is technically a meatcake! Sounds disgusting, but it smells delicious.

TERIYAKI MEATLOAF/CAKE
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 piece of bread, ripped into small pieces
1/2 onion, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar (x2)
1-2 tbsp. Teriyaki Seasoning (x2)
1 tsp. soya sauce (x2)
3 tbsp. ketchup

Mix together first seven ingredients and press into a cake/loaf pan. Mix ketchup together with second portions of brown sugar, Teriyaki Seasoning, and soya sauce. Spread over meat and bake at 350 F for about 1 hour.

It's nothing pretty, it sounds horrible, but it really does smell fabulous and I think the kids will love it. Mmmm, meatcake!
