Rachael Ray does 30-minute meals... I did one in 3 minutes!

Okay, I wouldn't exactly call this a meal, but it's what we're having for supper tonight.

I'm not feeling good today, so I boiled water, dumped in a dozen homemade perogies (not homemade by me - I bought them as part of a fundraiser) and ate them with sour cream and Cheese Chives & Bacon Dip Mix. The kids ate them plain. Everyone was happy. It's 5:20pm and I'm still in my pyjamas. Thank goodness the weekend is finally here.
