Leave a comment after this post (on my blog or on my FB page), and I'll make a salad using the ingredients you suggest. Please just pick one ingredient (it's more fun that way!) Try to pay attention to what other people have suggested, and choose an ingredient that will go well with the others. Don't forget, someone has to suggest a dressing too!
Just to refresh your memory, last week's salad included: spinach, sunflower seeds, craisins, mandarins, blueberries, avocado, mushrooms, hard-boiled egg, and sweet onion dressing. (And it was delicious!)
Last night I made a salad with lettuce from my garden. Unfortunately, that might be the only thing I get out of my garden this year (apparently I'm a fairly awful gardener.) But the lettuce was a beautiful bright green colour, and I tossed it with some fresh strawberries and blueberries, and dressed it with a simple vinaigrette of freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 lemon), 1 tbsp. olive oil, and 1 tsp. pure maple syrup.

I'm going on holidays this week, so it might take me a little longer to get this week's salad made, but I'll do my best. Have a great week!
