Pasta with Mushroom Boursin Sauce
There are lots of ways to find recipes: look through cookbooks, watch cooking shows, ask your friends on Facebook and Twitter, etc. One of my personal favourites is just Googling it. Pick a few ingredients that you have on hand and see what pops up. That's how I found this recipe for Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce. I just googled Boursin + mushrooms + asparagus, and voila, there was a recipe for supper! I added some fresh tomatoes on top, and it was very tasty. Plus it always feels good to use up the stuff I have in the fridge rather than going out to buy more!
