For awesome iced tea, I use a 4-3-2-1 recipe:

4 c. boiling water

3 tbsp. Sisters Leap tisane (I love Fruit Cocktail or Angel Falls Mist, but you could use any flavour)

2 tbsp. sweetner (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)

1 pitcher of ice

Steep the tea for about 30 minutes. Add sweetner. Strain and pour over ice.
