It's sad, really. I make all these creative, interesting recipes that people rave about when they see them on Facebook or Twitter. Some are awful, I'll admit, but some of them are so good I could eat them every single night of the week. And yet nothing makes my family happier than Tuna Casserole.
TUNA CASSEROLE
4-6 c. cooked pasta
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can of milk
1 can of tuna, drained
1-2 c. frozen peas & carrots
1 tbsp. 3 Onion Dip Mix
grated cheese
soda crackers
Mix together soup, milk, tuna, veggies, and seasonings. Pour over cooked pasta and mix it all together. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish (if you use 6 c. pasta you can use two smaller dishes) and top with grated cheese and crushed crackers. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Don't forget to use sustainable tuna!! Besides being better for the environment, sustainable tuna is lower in mercury and higher in Omega 3s in comparison to the national brands.
