If you look in the comments on that link, the author describes how to make your own creme fraiche. Mix together 1/2 c. whipping cream and 1 tbsp. buttermilk and let it sit at room temperature for a few hours until it thickens up. Mine wasn't thickening up very well, so I added 1 tsp. lemon juice and that did the trick.
Next time I think I'd add a little fresh parsley to the lemon zest, but otherwise this was a quick and easy meal, and the whole family enjoyed it!
