Lemon Chicken with Creme Fraiche

Someone shared a recipe with me on my Facebook page last week, and I decided to try it out for supper tonight.  It's very simple to make - I got the recipe from this link, but I didn't write it down properly so at the end I drained most of the fat and added the lemon juice and creme fraiche right over top of the chicken.  So my sauce probably didn't thicken up as much as it should have, but it was still very tasty!
If you look in the comments on that link, the author describes how to make your own creme fraiche.  Mix together 1/2 c. whipping cream and 1 tbsp. buttermilk and let it sit at room temperature for a few hours until it thickens up.  Mine wasn't thickening up very well, so I added 1 tsp. lemon juice and that did the trick.

Next time I think I'd add a little fresh parsley to the lemon zest, but otherwise this was a quick and easy meal, and the whole family enjoyed it!
