Friends came over for Easter supper tonight, and brought a delicious ham with potatoes, asparagus, and a to-die-for maple dijon cream sauce. I was in charge of dessert, so I made a fun little "cracked egg" dessert that I saw on Martha Stewart's website:
Kinder Surprise egg shells with a scoop of mango sorbet |
Then I made a decadent Easter trifle:
Layers of chocolate cake crumbles, chocolate pudding, strawberries, whipped cream, and crushed mini eggs |
