1 yellow bell pepper, diced
6 radishes, sliced
15 grape tomatoes, halved
1 c. edamame (cooked according to directions)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
1/4 c. feta, crumbled
