Fancy Schmancy Steak Sandwich

Someone posted a recipe on an Epicure website the other day, which was inspired by Jeffrey Saad's recipe for a Harissa Steak Sandwich. Since I grilled up some steaks last night for supper, I thought I'd try it out today with leftover steak for my lunch. I actually never looked up the recipe until now, so I just went with the main ingredients that had been posted on the Epicure website.

HARISSA STEAK SANDWICH
thinly sliced leftover steak
hamburger bun
mayo
Harissa
lemon juice
fresh mint, chopped
sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

Combine the mayo, harissa, lemon juice, mint, and sun-dried tomatoes to suit your taste. (I put about 1/3 c. mayo, 1/2 tsp. harissa, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 large mint leaves, and 2 sun-dried tomatoes.) Stir it together, and spread it on a hamburger bun. Lay the slices of steak on top and then add lettuce and tomato.
This mayo is delicious... I'm sure it will get a lot spicier after it sits in the fridge for a while, but the lemon and mint really lighten it up. Can't wait to make another one for lunch tomorrow!
