Dessert on a Stick

I'm on holidays with my sister (the chef!) and we had a scrumptious dessert last night that was super easy to make.

DESSERT KABOBS
36 mini cream puffs (store-bought)
24 strawberries, washed and hulled
approx. 1/4 c. whipping cream
approx. 1/2 c. chocolate chips
12 wooden skewers

On each skewer, put 3 cream puffs and 2 strawberries (alternating). Heat whipping cream in the microwave and then stir in chocolate chips until melted. Lay skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Sorry, I didn't take a picture of these. But they looked so fancy, and they were delicious! I can't wait to make them next time I have friends over.
