Italian Salad Dressing Mix (only available in the spring/summer from Epicure Selections)
CAESAR POTATOES

Lay chicken and potatoes on tinfoil-lined baking sheets/dishes. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes (I'm kinda of guessing - I didn't pay attention to how long it took.)
SALAD DRESSING/GLAZE FOR CHICKEN
1 tsp. Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil

(At first I didn't put any dressing on the chicken, but it was pretty dry. Luckily the dressing tasted great on it!)
