Since Easter weekend is coming up, I wanted to share this recipe I found. It fits with my alcohol theme this week, but unfortunately (or fortunately!) I'm not making Easter dinner this year, so I can't try it out. If you are hosting Easter this year and you'd like to wow your guests with a new recipe, try this one out and let me know how it goes. Mmm... this sounds wonderful! And I've got an 8-lb ham in my fridge ready to roll for the weekend. I'm going to have to try this one on for size!

I didn't get a picture but the Ham was a hit! I was SOOOO juicy and sweet and yummy! The outside bits were to die for. I used a bone in cured picnic ham and it worked beautifully.
I would highly recommend my mom's Sweet Mustard Sauce with the ham... Want the recipe???
Mmmmm, I knew it looked like a good recipe! I'm going to have to try it out for myself sometime.
