What a beautiful day!

It was beautiful out today. I spent part of the afternoon doing an Epicure presentation outside on a deck with a nice glass of lemonade. Then I met up with my lovely family and some friends at the park. We decided to have a barbeque at our house, so we stopped at the store to pick up some hotdogs and other essentials.

Apparently we weren't the only ones with this bright idea. There were no hot dog buns left, so check out our fancy meal:

Rather than admit that we had hot dogs on mini dinner rolls, we decided to call them something like "barbequed beef sausages served with Sweet & Spicy Mustard and a thick tomato sauce, nestled in a petit pain". Also known as, a hot dog with mustard, ketchup, and a teeny tiny bun. No matter what you call it, nothing wraps up a weekend like a sunny day with family, friends, and petit pain.
