Last week I was contacted by Brittany at Mushrooms.ca and asked to write a guest blog for their website. Today they are featuring my recipe for Portobello Mushroom Burgers with Asparagus & Prosciutto Goat Cheese. These were delicious - I can't wait to make them again this summer!

Good job Kathy. I love portabello mushrooms. I will have to give this a try once I find a decent gluten free hamburger bun
