Tex-Mex Crockpot Ribs

It's nice outside so I'm gonna keep this short and sweet - here's the recipe and the picture of supper tonight:

1 pkg. pork short ribs
Epicure's Tex-Mex Rub
1/2 c. ketchup
1 can (156 ml) low-sodium V8 juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, diced

Rub the ribs with Tex-Mex seasoning and place in the crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients, and pour over ribs. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
I served this with rice and a side salad of red lettuce with the new Creamy Italian dressing from Epicure. (Available May 1.) It was all delicious. Yay me!
