Chinese Take-Out

We used to order Chinese take-out a lot, but for some reason we never do it anymore. When I saw this recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice on Best Recipes Ever last week, I knew my family would love it. I asked the show's host, Kary Osmond, what she would recommend as a main dish to serve with this (thank goodness for Twitter!) and she suggested this recipe for Beef & Broccoli Stir-fry.
I followed the recipes exactly as they are on the website, except on the stir-fry I used fish sauce instead of oyster sauce, and I sprinkled the broccoli with Teriyaki Seasoning instead of pepper. Both dishes were fantastic, and they were a huge hit with the family!
