I got this recipe for Mojito Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Strawberry Salsa and decided to try it out with tilapia instead of pork. It was a nice light supper, although I'm not sure the Mojito Rim Trimmer really added much to the overall taste. I usually season my fish with Cuban Seasoning and lime juice, so this wasn't much of a deviation from the norm at our house. The salsa was a nice touch though!
