I made this ice cream a couple weeks ago, and I think it might be my absolute favourite. I followed the recipe from this blog and it's fantastic - it would be perfect on apple crisp or pumpkin pie, and it also made one heck of a good milkshake/iced cappuccino when combined with some of my iced coffee concentrate and a little ice.
