Cajun Chicken Alfredo

I'm not much of a pasta fan, but this recipe was so awesome I even had seconds!  It's Guy Fieri's recipe for Cajun Chicken Alfredo, and it's delicious.  I used the blackening spice on 3 chicken breasts and left the fourth chicken breast plain because I thought the seasonings would be too hot for my kids.  But I discovered that even though the chicken is quite spicy on its own, it really isn't spicy at all once you mix it into the pasta sauce.  I also discovered that 4 chicken breasts is just way too much chicken, so I only used 3 all together and saved the last blackened chicken breast for tomorrow's lunch (Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad maybe?)
This is sooooooooooo good!!!

We tried this one tonight and it was simply FA-BU-LOUS!!!
Even my 3 year old devoured her plate, then her sleepy sister's plate. It was so good it went straight to the mouth with not a drop on her clothes :D
