Cherry Guacamole with Grilled Chicken

This is easy to make, and adds a little something different to your usual guacamole.  You could easily serve this with other meats or with tortilla chips.  I ate it with some leftover grilled chicken and it was delicious!

CHERRY GUACAMOLE WITH GRILLED CHICKEN
1 avocado
juice of 1 lime
2-3 tsp. Epicure's Guacamole Dip Mix
about 6 cherries, pitted and quartered
Mash the avocado with lime juice and seasoning. Stir in cherries.
