Ridiculously Healthy Fruit & Veggie Salad

The name says it all.... this is what my kids are eating for lunch (although they picked out the avocados I tried to sneak into their bowl!)

1 pineapple
2 apples
1 banana
6 strawberries
1 avocado
1/2 cucumber
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. orange juice

Chop of the fruits and veggies. Mix together the maple syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
There's probably too much pineapple in this, and you could substitute whatever fruit you like. This isn't rocket science... just toss together whatever looks healthy in your kitchen and make your kids eat it.
