Sticky Toffee Pudding

I've got a ton of recipes that I need to post, so this is gonna be quick & dirty.

Here's the Sticky Toffee Puddings I made to take to our friends' house for supper on Saturday night. Delicious (although I think I overcooked the cakes a little, so they were a tad dry - luckily we had scads of AMAZING sauce to pour overtop!)
(The recipe says it makes two 12-cup muffin tins, but I only got 1 muffin tin and 4 ramekins.)
