Greek Steak Salad

I just tossed this together for lunch today with some leftovers from the fridge.... super simple, even though it sounds a little fancy.

GREEK STEAK SALAD
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. White Balsamic Vinegar (or regular Balsamic vinegar)
1/2 tsp. Greek Dressing Mix
lettuce
tomato slices
leftover steak, thinly sliced
goat cheese, crumbled

Combine first three ingredients and arrange the remaining ingredients on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and serve.

It doesn't look like anything fabulous in the picture, but it was very tasty and very quick to make. Perfect for lunch on a summer day!

I'd like to see your amazing recipes and pictures, but I can't, because you left your post anonymously. Too bad, I'm sure you're an amazing chef.
